Class Policy

1. Arrive on Time
   Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class begins. Participants arriving more than 30 minutes late may not be able to join the class, and their session will be forfeited.
2. Prepare Your Design
   To ensure a smooth and enjoyable workshop experience, please finalize your design before class for consultation during the session. Need guidance? Check out our 101 Tufting for tips and tricks to help you choose the perfect design!
   
3. Payment and Rescheduling
   All payments are non-refundable but can be used for a different date. Class rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before the class starts. Rescheduling requests made later will incur a penalty of IDR 100,000 per person.
4. Unable to Attend
   If you cannot attend your workshop for any reason, you may send someone in your place. Simply contact us via DM and provide the name of the person who will be attending on your behalf to avoid forfeiting your session.
5. Damaged Items
   Any damage to materials or equipment caused by participants will be the responsibility of the participant.
6. Minimum Age
   The minimum age to join a tufting workshop is 9 years old. Children under 9 must be accompanied by an adult or can request additional assistance (IDR 100,000/pax) , as the tufting gun requires extra supervision.
7. Parking Policy
   We are located in a residential area with limited parking space, so we recommend coming by public transport or online taxi. Check our FAQ for more information.
8. Additional Session or Day
   If you need extra time beyond your originally booked session to finish your piece and wish to continue on another day, an additional fee of IDR 150,000 per person will apply. Just let our team know in advance so we can help schedule your continuation.
